Anyone who is registered, has paid the annual fee and meets the terms set by the landlord, can register interest for an apartment. You can register interest for five published apartments at the time. After registering interest, all applicants are ranked by their individual queue time at Boplats. The contract is then offered to the applicant with the longest queue time at Boplats, who also meets the terms. When you get an apartment at boplats.se you, and any co-applicant, have to use it as your primary residence and you have to be registered at the address (folkbokförd). The contract is signed with you personally, and it cannot be given to anyone else.
